International Orders: Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Since each dress is made to order and printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

We will replace your item free of charge if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The print quality does not meet our standards
• The wrong item was shipped

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of any issue, and we will make it right.

Will the print fade after washing?
No — our sublimation printing bonds the ink directly into the fabric fibers. It will not fade, crack, or peel even after many washes.

How does the sizing run?
True to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What makes this different from regular printed dresses?
Our all-over sublimation print covers every inch of the dress — including seams, hems, and hidden areas. Unlike screen printing, the design is part of the fabric itself.
