Thank you for shopping with Maiden Bloom. Because every piece is crafted specifically for you, please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.
1. Made to Order — Production Time
All Maiden Bloom products are custom-printed on demand. Your order goes into production after payment is confirmed. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced before it is handed off to a carrier. Production times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (November–January).
2. Shipping Timeframes
After your order leaves our production facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–25 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier backlogs, or circumstances outside our control (weather events, public holidays, etc.).
3. Total Delivery Window
When combining production time and shipping time, please allow 9–19 business days (domestic) or 12–30 business days (international) from the date of your order to delivery at your door.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted international carriers including UPS, DHL, and regional postal services depending on your location and the fulfillment partner assigned to your order. Carrier selection is made at the time of production and cannot be requested in advance.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping option. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not charge handling fees on top of the stated shipping cost.
6. Express Shipping
Express or expedited shipping options may be available at checkout where offered by our fulfillment partners. If express shipping is available for your region, it will be shown as a selectable option during the checkout process.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking email for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
8. International Shipping and Customs
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout. Maiden Bloom has no control over customs processes or associated delays. We recommend checking your country's import rules before placing an international order.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@maidenbloom.com and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
10. Lost or Significantly Delayed Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international), please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
