This store is operated by Bioinsight Lab Inc, doing business as Maiden Bloom, a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada, with its principal place of business at 226 Halyard Way, Kanata, Ontario, K2T 0L3, Canada.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
3. Products — Made to Order
All Maiden Bloom products are custom-printed, made-to-order items. Each garment is produced individually using all-over-print (AOP) sublimation printing after your order is placed. As a result:
- Products are not pre-stocked and cannot be exchanged for a different design or size due to a change of mind
- Production begins promptly after order confirmation; order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order
- Slight colour variations between digital representations and the finished product may occur due to monitor calibration differences and the nature of sublimation printing
4. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and/or other PCI-compliant payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on production times, shipping timeframes, carriers, and international shipping. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom-printed to order, we maintain a limited return/exchange policy. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details. We stand behind our print quality and will replace or refund any item that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, graphics, logos, trade names, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Maiden Bloom / Bioinsight Lab Inc or are used under license. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use that product but does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or purchase our products for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to resale without authorization, commercial reproduction of our designs, fraud, or circumvention of our policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bioinsight Lab Inc and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maiden Bloom / Bioinsight Lab Inc from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website or products.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maiden Bloom with respect to your use of our website and purchase of our products.
